We received our renewal notice last week from SCG Management for our apartment at CHerry Hill. We have been here almost one year and have enjoyed our stay but we had heard horror stories about how landlords hiked up the rents big time when tenants renewed. Well we are very happy to say that SCG is not one of those landlords. Our renewal price was only a thirty dollar bump. When I told them how we were pleasnatly surprised at the new rate the woman in the office told me about this site and said if we were happy to write something. Well we are happy. Our rent is under $1000 and we get a washer and dryer plus a huge deck. They just vinyl sided our building (which is good cuz the building was starting to look rough)and redid our hallway with new carpet and paint. We had a problem with our refrigrator and they replaced it the next day. We also get to use the work out room and pool for free. We hope to buy a home within a year but for now we are very happy.
