Please if you want to keep your sanity do not move here. ---- (manager) is rude, disrespectful and VERY controlling. They assign parking spots for one vehicle only, which is not needed cause there is always parking available. The grabage is too far away, you have to drive to the dumpster. You cant do anything there without getting permission from the rude management. And they dont tell you about all the rules and restrictions until after you've already signed the lease.

On moving day we parked in the front parking spot and ---- drove over to us and was yelling and screaming at us that we where parked illegally and we needed to move. Another time I was waiting with my son for the bus to come and I had my car parked on the side of the road and she came over to me and started yelling at me telling me I wasnt allowed to park there. Then she threated me by telling me that she will make sure I never park there again as she stomped off. The whole time my 6 year old son was there while she was yelling at me. Then she told my fiance that she was getting complaints that I was parked there. I was parked there for litterally 10 min and maybe 2 or 3 cars drove by me and they all waved and smiled at me. So I doubt they complained. She was very rude and disrespectful and the fact that she had the nerve to yell at me and threaten me in front of my 6 year old son was uncalled for.

So if you want to keep your sanity then please find a different place to live. I cant wait until our lease is up and we can move. We are going to move up the hill to the Cheney apartments cause they dont have all the rules and rude management that Cherry Hill has.

My thoughts are: These "opinion" sights are only good if they are FAIR. This person has erroneously reported some of the information. 1.)"----" is NOT the manager. 2.)There are 2 parking spaces per apartment, One is assigned so you can be closer to your apartment. 3.) We are extremely forthcoming about our rules and regulations PRIOR to anyone moving in, in fact our leases come with a very detailed listing of rules and regulations that are ???accepted??? by the renter 4.)The "Dumpster" is centrally (and less obtrusive) located on the 20 acre property 5.) On moving day the resident parked an SUV with an attached trailer across a roadway blocking access to all other residents of the community, had they parked in the designated space for "move in" parking (which they used the previous day) they would not have been requested to move. 5.) At NO TIME was anyone threatened. Once again this person parked in an unauthorized area BLOCKING the entryway on a curved road. Obviously they do not realize that living in a "multi family" environment means there are rules and regulations set up in order to be fair to the majority of residents. Apartment life means each of us must make some sacrifices and show consideration to others. I hope this gives a more balanced information.
