The woman with the previous post entitled "Horrible" was telling the absolute truth. I have lived in building 6 for just over a year and am quite thankful that next month will be my last month here. Just as the previous post stated the primary issue with the Cherry Hill apartments is the management. Never in my life have I ever seen a worse company. ---- is truly the spawn of -----. She is rude to absolutely everyone until you are rude back and then she backs down like the worm she is. On top of that, they do have an exhaustive list of rules which they seemingly love to jam down ower throat every second. On numerous occations management has attached papers to every residents door basically nagging us about whatever rule they feel isn't being adhered to closely enough. Most of the residents here are working professionals yet they hasstle us as though we were freshmen in college. As for the apartment itself, the walls are extremely thin often causing me to sleep with ear plugs just to drown out the noise. All this pain and aggrevation for almost 1300 dollars a month! Save yourself the headache, when you see the sign for Cherry Hill keep on driving.

Truth Be Told: I cannot understand why be upset over parking assignments, most residents are absolutely thankful to have this option available. When complaints were lodged about people taking up reserved spaces, a ???general informative note??? went to each resident reminding everyone to observe the reserved spaces. This person actually crumpled up the note and threw it at the staff member. If rudeness was warranted, it would have been deserved, yet he was treated courteously. These venues mostly get disgruntled people lashing out vehemently against those who deny them their way. Like bullies they spew forth on these pages in covert fashion hoping to do harm but their efforts are transparent. This author is easily exposed and his motives and attempt to vilify ???the management??? or those in ???authority??? positions is cowardly. Instead of confronting his subjects with his complaints, he rants here. My reply to: ???until you are rude back and then she backs down ?????? - highly unlikely this ever happened- the person he speaks of has never backed down in purpose or passion to create the best ambience possible for all. She does not lower her standards to vile name calling nor would she allow him to taunt or dissuade her from doing what is fair and right for the wellbeing of the community???thus his attempts to slander.

To paraphrase the Bard, the poster of the reply doth protest too much... repeatedly. We're a professional couple with one child looking for an upscale apartment or condo. We weren't as deterred by the bad reviews as by the lengthy, accusatory replies. The management would do better improve communications with their tenants, and apply less time, "purpose [and] passion" online.

No protest was meant. You seem to miss that the accusatory remarks by the post were what prompted the response and it was only to clarify and give the "other side" to readers, like yourself. Unfortunately it appears that it did not do that for you.
