I recently moved out of Cherry Hill Apartments after living there for the last 10 years. When I first moved there, I was concerned about noise given that the complex is so large. I found the apartments to be very quite over all. Yes, it's an apartment - not a luxury resort! You do have people around you and you do have noise, but I certainly had lived in much worse places!

If you are mature adult professionals looking for a decent place to live - I highly recommend Cherry Hill Apartments. There have been a few bad reviews for this complex concerning management - all I can say is that given the size of the complex I found it to be very well run. I never waited more than a day or two for any maintenance to be done, and found the management to be more than fair in any dealings I had with them. If you prefer to live in an apartment complex with no rules or guidelines - this probably isn't the place for you - but if you want a place where everyone is expected to live with rules and regulations designed to make it a decent place to live for everyone, then I think you will enjoy living at Cherry Hill. I think in most areas of life, mature adults understand the need for rules!
