My Fiancee and I have lived at cherry Hill for 3 years. We have since moved out in april and have seen many things while we lived there. Recently the place has gone down hill drastically. The grounds are in shambles, they sided most of the buildings which was great, however the front doors are still the old red paint. In the winter the plow schedule is very un-organized. They post a schedule in the hall way but it is not even close to being accurate. It took 2 reports to the office staff regarding rowdy teenagers up stairs before the manager went and spoke to the kids (not the parents, but the kids). Every year we have lived here they have gone up on our rent except this year they would drop it $10.00 if we signed for 15 months. Over all it used to be a great place to live. The police where never there and it was nice. Now the place is one step above the projects. The office staff will bash Cheney, how ever from the looks of it Cheney may be the way to go. A lot of people have moved out. I would look around.
