Pretty average apartment living

My boyfriend and I lived at Cherry Hill for 2 years. We lived in building 7. It had just been resided so it looked pretty nice on the outside. The price was a little steep and it did go up $10 after a year of renting but I think it was a pretty average price for the size and the location. We got along great with the management, they were super nice to us. We needed to extend our lease for two months and they let us do that with no problems or rent increase. When we moved out we got our entire security deposit back as well. Our neighbors weren't all that great. Many stomped in the hallways and up and down the stairs. The family that lived below us had many arguments and slammed many doors. The cops took the guy out once in cuffs. The guy upstairs vacuumed about twice a day. Maybe he was a neat freak, who knows. Parking was okay, we didn't have a lot of people over so we didn't full up the lot. There is assigned parking though and if people had friends over they didn't tell them not to park in the numbered spots. We did not live in one of the nice, renovated apartments. Ours was straight from the 70's with the yellow oven that has no window, huge microwave, yellow hanging light in the dining room and wood colored trim. We also had a lot of lady bugs they lived in our dining room window and they refused to go away. Our first summer there we had bees on our deck and we were told that management doesn't condone killing wildlife so we needed to deal with it. Overall, I'd say our stay was pretty average. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't excellent. I would recommend it though.
