This is a bad apartment. The walls are very thin. I could hear the toilet flush from the unit above mine. It was that bad. Management is rude and will increase the rent at lease renewal time if they want to put another tenant in your unit.

mold city warning!!!!!!! the new apts have a serious mold problem!!!!! if you have allergies or heath issues....stay away. they tried to cover it up, but it is still there....can smell it and see it......beware

NH heaven haven I have lived here for 10 years and have been very happy. The price of my apartment is very reasonable (some improvements outside would be nice my building looks tattered but inside it is lovely).

I moved here because my other apartment in Portsmouth was way too small for what I paid. My apartment isn't that big but it is well maintained, quiet, and affordable. Maintenance is MUCH better than at my last place. They show up quickly and seem to want to actually fix the problem
