I only chose to live there because I needed a place to live extremely fast, and they were the first place that called me back. If I'd seen the apartment before, I never would have moved in. (I couldn't visit, because I previously lived 10 hours away)
Upon seeing the apartment for the first time, I could not believe what I'd gotten myself into. The place was so ghetto!! I couldn't walk barefoot on the rug because little pieces of metal wire were poking out of the rug. Ouch!! The fridge was old and tiny- barely bigger than a mini fridge. The oven worked, but was ancient.
The bathroom... what a disgrace. The shower stall looked like it came out of a box and put together on site, a pre fab job. Every time I'd slightly touch the plastic wall of the stall, it'd come apart down the side. The plumbing was exposed on the outside of the stall "wall".
The kitchen sink faucet was awful- even under full "pressure", little more than a drip came out.
No door between the living room and bedroom' What's that about' Not even a slider.
The complex has been overrun by loud, obnoxious and rude football players. The neighbors above me owned a dog, and the ceiling was so thin I could hear their dog running across the floor at all hours of the night.
I couldn't stand living there, so I moved in with my fiancee. Thank GOD!!
