Great place to stay if you wanted to party 24-7. No way a place for a college student who actually does school work. Never parking, lack of clean-up after snow storms. Defintely lie about 24-7 maintience, he is always passed out from the bottle by 8:00pm. Believe me, there is no waking him, even if you bang on his door. Way too expensive on rent, dryers on site are twice as much as downtown.
