I've lived here for a couple months and everything is good so far. Some things needed fixing and were done on move-in day or the day after. Bathroom is totally redone, new shower, toilet, sink, flooring. New carpet. Kitchen is only thing not redone, but still in good condition. Disposal in sink, fridge okay size, oven works great. Small kitchen but fine for two people. Living area is spacious. Rooms are good size, about 11'x11' or so. Staff is very friendly! They are on first-name basis with everyone. 750/mo for 2-br and year long lease, good deal for college students who are willing to spend the summer here. Only complaint is heat is electic, and neighbors can be noisy sometimes but nothing worse than dorms or student apartments.
