Where to start!!!! I lived in Fox Park from Jan 2003-Feb 2004. I knew the apartments were small, but it was the only complex with available apartments when I needed one. Landlord was nice, at FIRST! My first apartment there was decent, but the neighbors were SO loud that I demanded they give me a new apartment. I did get one that should have cost me more but they didnt bump the rent. The second apartment was gross. Lets not forget for a minute that these 1 bedroom apartments are TINY. Living room and kitchen are one room. 2 doors in whole place-entrance, and the one to the "toilet room". The bathroom sink and the only closet in the place are a laundry room sized section off the bedroom. The shower was like the ones at the beach. I cant believe I survived as long as I did there!! Plus, my apt was in terrible condition. Cracked walls, dirty carpets, burn marks on the walls. NO OUTLETS AT ALL!!!! And I STILL had noisey neighbors. I was a college student, and I partied at my place (and I dont expect it to be like a morgue) but it was so bad that I blew the speakers out on my tv trying to turn it up so that I could hear it over the music coming from my neighbors. Their maintanace man is a drunk who NEVER fixes anything!! I sat on my deck (which is the size of a shoebox) and watched the cops mace people on 2 seperate occasions. I also go chased by a dog. OH and the parking there is the biggest joke of ALL. If you can ever find a space, have fun trying to get your car out when they plow you in. I was so glad to graduate and move the hell out of there. DO NOT pay 500$ (or whatever it is now) a month for this dump. You are better off living on campus, OR in the back alley between Beidermans and Hong Kong Garden.
