Too expensive, too small.

I am no longer a college student, and ended up living in Fox Park while working my first out-of-college job.
The place is a dump, and regardless of the fact that I am no longer a student, I am treated like one. My neighbors are loud - trash all over the hallways.
The toilet has to be flushed three times in order to get anything down -- my stove is impossible to cook anything on, as is the oven.
There are hardly any outlets but management frowns upon too many extension cords. I put a request in for fixes when I moved in, in August, and now, in January, I have yet to see any fixes.
I cannot have guests visit, as there is no parking during the week. Cars are towed every other morning.
I pay $630/month for an apartment that is the size of a dorm room. It's in poor shape and I cannot wait to move out of here.
Understandably, the complex is mainly rented to college students, but that is no excuse for overpriced rent and ------ apartments.
