Not a nice place to live

I had no troubles with the place until my boyfriend & I got the 1st water & heat bill. That was a surprise...they DO NOT tell you that you pay for hot AND COLD water, plus a heat charge for the WHOLE BUILDING'S USAGE. Then 1 month we were 2 days late w/the rent & we received an eviction notice & were told we were going to be brought to court. VERY unruly staff. I recommend not living here....!
