Best Place I have every lived at

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
This place is a regular Melrose Place, great for single people. My water bills were only about $10 a month, but I never shower so my bill isn't fair. I have had more fun at this place then any other rehab clinic I have lived in.
