The Apartments are Great, The Management Sucks!!!!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
I've lived at Beechstone for almost 2 yrs now. Love everything about the apartment, the size of the kitchen, the sound proof walls (or so they claim), and everything else. The only reason I would not recommend Beechstone is for the following reasons:
1. They charge you for the water.
2. The Management is headed by an Arrogant manager with a Staff to suite.
3. They try to stick you with ridiculous charges.
4. Snow Removal is Reaaaaallly Bad.
5. Insufficient Parking.
Rent here if you dont have a choice otherwise (which is usually the case in Portsmouth
