USUALLY REALTORS ARE NICE UNTIL THEY GET YOU TO MOVE IN; FORUM DEVELOPMENT'S 'AGENTS' THREATENED TO FIRE THEIR EMPLOYEES IF WE DIDN'T SIGN A LEASE AND GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT AFTER WE DID AN INITIAL APPLICATION.
