I looked at these apartments a few months ago and I was quite suprised by the cost. They are rather expensive for what you get. The grounds were not all too well kept, some residents were doing work on their cars and it just seemed too cheap to pay expensive rent like $1000 a month.

I decided not to go there basically due to the price.
