I lived in a 3 bedroom loft unit. I really liked it, we used the loft as a spare room - getting furniture up there is tough!
Also had no problems with the office or maint. staff. If you don't have kids, definitely request the "adults only" apartments, it's very quiet over there. I'm not sure about the rest of the place though.
One bad thing - don't bother doing laundry at their facilities, it's way to expensive and the machines are old and don't work well.
