I love/loved living at the Cedars. I have lived here a total of five and a half years. I moved away and came back home. The people in the office are great! The grounds are kept clean and the people are friendly. I've rented and owned at the Cedars.

The Cedars has been my home off and on for a number of years. I came back after moving away. I didn't even consider moving to any other place in Portsmouth. I love the people in the office and I've never had trouble getting repairs done on my condo. I own my unit and I love the people in my building. Each building is different. You can hear your neighbors, but I like that I'm never alone. It helps that my neighbors are considerate people that I like. I feel fortunate to have an affordable place in Portsmouth that I can call home.
