When I moved here I rented. 2 years ago I purchased my unit from my landlord. There is some noise you can hear through the floors but most tenants are very considerate. Maintenace is top notch and get right to things that need fixing. The grounds are kept up on a superior level. Snow removal is excellent. Condo fee and rent include a covered carport with storage (your own lock), pool, sauna, gym, tennis, and community room to rent for large parties for a very minimal fee. Most units have washer and dryers, if not you can use the coin ops in the clubhouse. All in all, the most bang for your buck in Portsmouth! Almost 9 years now. I wouldn't still be here if it was that bad.
