Perfect for a first time home buyer

I recently purchased a top floor unit in the Cedars and love it! It's a short four miles to downtown Portsmouth ($15 cab ride for you bar-goers), three miles to I95, and only an hour north of Boston.
The Cedars complex is quiet, clean, and the residents are very freindly. Maintenance also does an excellent job should you have any problems (which I haven't had any).
I highly recommend either purchasing a unit, or renting, as it's one of the nicer condo associations in Portsmouth.
