Compared to other apartments in the area, you will find that the Cedars of Portsmouth has the most value for your dollar. Washer/dryer in most units (if not, all units have hookups so you can buy your own), heat is included in the rent, ground floor apartments stay cool enough to not require you to run the A/C in the summertime, covered parking is wonderful to have in the winter when it snows, individual storage unit for each apartment, secure outside storage for your larger toys (boats, kayaks, etc.) that is patrolled regularly by the police. Jenness Beach is just around the corner. I love it!
