I have lived at the Cedars twice, the first time 17 years ago as an owner and have returned as a renter. Upon my return, I was very pleased to see how well maintained the complex had been. The landscaping is beautiful and very well kept.

This past winter was unusual as we experienced a number of heavy snow storms. The plowing crew did an awesome job of keeping up with the snow. The parking areas were plowed timely and the sidewalks were kept plowed and salted.

The maintenance crew is on site every day with several of them living in the complex. They are always busy keeping the complex in excellent condition. This summer all of the carports are being re-roofed.

Parking is ample with each unit having a covered carport with a storage unit as well as one space outside. There is also ample parking for visitors.

Rules are a must in communal living. Management does an excellent job of re-enforcing the rules. People who have issues with rules should not live in a condominium. Communal living requires common sense and respect for one's neighbors and the property.

I think the Cedars is an excellent and safe place to live. It is well located on Rte. 1 but is set back far enough from the road so that it is very quiet. The pool and tennis courts are very nice. The exercise room has been upgraded this year with all new equipment. The condo fees include heat.
