I lived in one of their apartments from 1993-1998. They had carpenter ants in the buildings which they blamed the residents for,constant loss of heat, they replaced windows in the apartments in February and I had two toddlers that we had to put snow suits on to keep them warm. they had a play area for children that had broken equipment and then they wanted to build a new play area over the top of the septic tanks that they access covers could be moved by children and inside the access holes was enough water for a child to drown. I too lost my deposit. When I moved out they decided to replace the carpeting as was what they had been doing as each family moved out. They took my deposit saying that I had cut the carpeting apart which was the farthest thing from the truth.I pointed out the slices in the carpeting to the management when I moved in. Parking was a nightmare in the winter because the parking lot was an ice rink and certain people were always targeted for car towing while managements broken down cars were just plowed in but not towed. Drugs and drunks and constants parties were another problems considering that most of this was done by the onsite management themselves.In fact the management was busy partying the night a woman was murdered right down the hall from them and the body hadn't been found for 5 days after. Over all, I would live in my car before renting from the housing partnership again.
