A good price for Portsmouth, nice apartments, but you are surrounded by children who are out yelling on their bikes at 7am on the weekends, neighbors who don't give a damn if their loud parties wake you up at 2am on weeknights. Complaining about the noise to the management does nothing (as we have complained and it continues, even though there are supposed to be quiet hours).
Rent increases every year. It's close to downtown and the highway which is good. If you live here, request an apartment with quiet, normal adults, far away from the noise. I agree with the previous review on the level of intellect. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
