maybe a better appreciation for Osprey would be achieved if you tried living over in Winchester Place first. NO sitting outside allowed, NO bicycles on the property, NO promised on-site laundry facilities as they haven't worked in 6 months, NO privacy as you have someone upstairs, downstairs and next door-a conversation with your teenage son can be heard by everyone. a so-called rehab job which was some patchwork/cover-up to hide the real major problems like the plumbing, the mold, the structure. i am thrilled to be dwelling here in Osprey where i can actually live.
