This wasnt my first choice in apartments but I must say I did not regret it. The rent did go up 100$ over the course of 3 years, but still this is the one of the cheapest places in town, & still pretty safe.

The apartments aren't the nicest & newest but the management (esp the new property managers - Amy & Jennifer) tend to any issues very well. Maintenance has been prompt. The landscaping is very nice, with the huge rocks & trees - gives a very friendly look. I also liked the fact that many families reside in the complex & that on any given day one would see lots of children playing outside.

They could be more proactive in some of their maintenance, such as insect/mold control, window cleaning, painting the inside of the apartments etc - but nothing that is a major nuisance.
