The staff and maintainance crew are friendly and are right on the ball when anything needs attention. There is a pool and a playground at the end of the street and plenty of wooded areas to walk. The management organizes functions such as block-wide yard sales and barbeques, which provides an opportunity to get to know your neighbors. My only real complaints are the parkng situation, which, with only one space per apartment (and after that fend for yourself) can get pretty tough; and the fact that NO PETS are allowed. Overall, however, Pariot's Park is a rather comfortable place to live.
