I lived at Pats Park for a little over 2 yrs. Very nice, very courteous staff...- Amy & Jen are AWESOME!! The maintenance staff is great too. I had a 1 BR & it was pretty quiet even though it was in the middle of the bldg. They do a good job w/snow removal too...they just ask you to move your car to plow. I definitely recommend living here, the rent was very low especially for Portsmouth. I had no trouble getting the security deposit back either when I moved out which was also great. Highly recommended!!! :)
