The management runs the apartments like a fascist state, but it work pretty well. I feel safe, the grounds are well kept, and the apartment layouts are nice. I hear very little from my neighbors - only their garbage disposal. Even though the rent is expensive, and goes up every year without any reason, Patriots Park is one of the best apartments I've rented and I would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Portsmouth.
