I have lived at Patriot's Park for three years and can say without a doubt it's great.
The apartments are huge, the appliances are new (in the updated units at least), the rent is reasonable, the utilities are wicked cheap and the grounds are very well maintained. They even plant new grass and flowers every spring.
Management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick and efficient. There's plenty of parking.
I do wish it was closer to downtown Portsmouth, but if apartments like these were in town they'd be way more expensive so it's a trade off.
I would definitely recommend this place.
