If you just need a roof then probably it will work otherwise its not a place worth living. There are only two washers & dryers in each building which are not sufficient.

Most of the time office is closed so its hard to refill laundry card.



Maintenance is poor...but staff is nice. Most of the appliances are old. Not to mention the condition of the apartment. They are so noisy that you can hear even someone walking in the corridor.

The management is so shrewd that when I went to handover the keys, they told me that they will call me to do a walk through. However, they never called me & held all of my deposit except $15 as charges for just cleaning the apartment.

Some of the things were over charged & some were charged twice. If you still want to try this place, be careful about every single line they write in the lease....they can rip you off when you move out.



My living here have been a nightmare because of the noise & the experience was made even worse by the policies & attitude of management.





Overall...look somewhere else. This property is expensive than others but offers you the ameneties of a dormitary.
