A little pricey, but overall good.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
If you have a pet, it's worth the money, but the amenities are not really worth it. Not enough laundry services per building. Complaints are handled well the first time, but basically ignored subsequent times. Quality of grounds and buildings have gone down due to quality of tenants.
