I was there for about a year and a half. It's the only place in Portsmouth that accepted pets and it's proximity to the downtown area was really nice.
I didn't have too much of a problem with the management; I would have to say that they were accommodating and quick to address any problems/concerns (The manager at the time, Liz, was very nice).
There are some people that live there who really believe that they are the only ones in the building and make it VERY difficult to live there, but most residents there are very nice and respectful of others.
I really, really miss the area and my apartment overlooking the tennis courts...watching incoming thunderstorms from my balcony was always a treat.
