Pros:
Robin was nice on the rare occasion, but she moved, and no longer works in the office.
no mold anywhere yet.
it's quiet at night for the most part.
They are generally good, if you dont have the cash and need to make payments for rent.
The lighting is generally good.

cons:
Many of the neighbours are unfriendly, except for Dude he seems nice.
The guy across the hall from me is a major jerk with a really annoying bird.
The kids are loud outside.
The stench of the marsh smells like sewage
you can hear everyone from the school band when their out on the field.
It's a trashy ghetto.
They don't allow dogs, although some do have dogs here, but get away with it.
The parking sucks.
It's boring.
