I have lived here for 2 years and will be leaving soon. The apartment complex is definitely worth the money for the location; I'm a mile from downtown Portsmouth and a walk away from the grocery store. The neighborhood itself has a lot of kids and there are kids' playgrounds around. I have several neighbors in my one building and most of them are decent, but there are a couple of apartments with people who are rude and disrespectful of privacy. They are loud and have parties beneath our window well into the night, sometimes past midnight. When I've complained about it in the past to the management, they have accepted my complaint. I have no way of telling whether or not they acted on it. Generally the management is cooperative and helpful but I did have my car towed at one point in an area that is NOT marked as a tow zone. When I tried to fight it, they were rude and uncooperative. This costed me $100 in fees getting my car back on a day when I had less than 2 hours to get to the airport.
