NO WAY!!! - I have lived here for 4 years and it was ok the first year. It went way downhill from there. The place was dirty when I moved in. Great place to live I have lived at Patriots Park for about a year and a half. It is a nice, quiet place. It is located near Walmart, grocery stores, and a number of places to eat. About a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Portsmouth.

Great place to live I lived at white cedars for 5 yrs before moving for work, Once my temporary work ended I returned. It is a great value. Plenty of amenities like pool, hot tub, tennis, covered parking, storage. Another plus is, the neighbors are very friendly.

A great place to live on the seacoast... The grounds are well maintained all year. I never see trash on the side of the road. Lawns are mowed, the pool is clean. The units are what you would expect...depends on the actual owner. I think "Wild Bill" and his staff do an excellent job

Good, Safe Community The complex is well maintained by a conscientious staff. The pool and tennis courts are a bonus and the carports and extra storage unit comes in handy also. Ever unit has an air conditioner and washer and dryer. I don't think you can beat this place for the price

Management acts like their are medieval lords Management acts like the tenants are the peasants and they are the medieval lords. Customer service sucks. Office staff will make you wait an hour while they shoot the breeze with co-workers. This was my experience waiting in the office.
