They tend to rent to mainly young couples. I've lived here for almost 4 years & live on the second floor. The insulation is terrible, the apartment is always way too hot. I can easily here every move that's made in the apartments above me. Other than those couple of things, it's not a bad place to live. The grounds and maintenance are kept up very well by Vaughn the maintenance man. The quality is decent compared to others I've seen in the area. Overall I'd give it a 7 out of 10.
