Mixed feelings

I thought that for the money it was a nice setup and convienient to the highway, but a year later the rent went up $60 and I moved to a nice Portsmouth location with 250 more square feet, double glass sliders, a deck, and reserved tentant parking for only $75 more so for me it was a no brainer to get out of there. Cathy in the office was very nice and so was the maintenance man Vaughn, but since they were only there some of the time, many things were needed when they weren't around. The walls are paper thin, and living on the top floor was extremely hot. Free heat is nice, but no reserved parking stunk since I had to park my new car far away from my doorstep since it was first come first serve. I had complained at elast 6 or 7 times about loud obnoxious neighbors, but nothing was ever done. Weigh out your options and think about what is more important to you first: cost or for a little more you can have convienience, bigger place, queiter, and reserved parking. Easy choice for me.
