Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Free heat because the heater never worked. In the beginning of winter. I have 2 small kids. After 2 1/2 months we decided to break the lease and we are paying out the rear in fees to them! That is why they now offer 6 month leases no one stays that long!
