Negatives:
I've been here about three years now. The walls are thin, so a lot depends on how decent your immediate neighbors are. My previous neighbors constantly got into late night drunken fights, the current neighbors with a barking dog are an improvement.
Occasionally, a group of neighbors will party in the parking lot until early morning. Most parents don't supervise their children, so rock throwing, mindless screaming, and slack-jawed children playing chicken with you as you drive along should be expected.
Expect inconsiderate people to honk their car horns every morning because they're too lazy to go ring a doorbell.
Dogs are allowed by breed on a leash. Sadly, this isn't enforced. Two pit bulls routinely run loose, and animal waste is a problem as well.
The manager is a very nice women, but too nice to problem tenants. The Raymond police are excellent about addressing violence and public drinking complaints, but the animal control officer is useless.
The dryers in the laundry facility need to be upgraded as they barely keep heat in the winter.
Positives: The basic apartment is modern enough and easy to keep clean, the driveways are plowed timely, the maintenance guy is great, the parking is sufficient, laundry facilities are clean and well lit.
