With living in such close quarters, you would expect some level of noise, but here it was out of control. The tenants upstairs are so loud and obnoxious, that things were falling off my walls from their jumping around. My asking the property manager to speak to them was useless. She is only actually here part time, even though her door boasts full time hours, I don't think I have seen her work a full 40 hour week in the time I was here. Parking in the winter is horrible, plowing is a joke, and most people won't move thier vehicles when the plow comes around anyway, cutting the number of parking spaces in half. if you expect a non-smoking place, don't even think about coming here! For those that smoke outside their doors, you can't open your windows for the smoke will come in. And while living there, my daughter learned how to smoke marajuana by watching the woman across the way sit outside her door and do it everyday, in plain sight. Children are left unattended outside, people party all night long outside with complete disregard to others. When complaints are made against partiers, rude comments and harrassment ensues afterwards from those you have lodged complaints against. There are a select few tennants that are not bad people, but then there are others whose leases should not renewed.
