I have lived here since long before this became Canterbury Commons. I consider this my home and my living experience here has been very good. I read some of the comments made by folks who may still live here or have lived here and suspect for the most part these disgruntled people are people that most of the decent folks here are also disgruntled with. The entire staff is very responsive to the needs of its residents and react appropriately when problems arise. Some have complained that the property manager isn't available when needed. I find this the exception and not the rule. After all her responsibilities at times require her to be away from her office. When she is not available she leaves a notice of her estimated time of return. The maintenance team pride themselves (and rightfully so) in maintaining all aspects of this community. The staff is people oriented and dedicated to making our living experience here as enjoyable as possible.
