They do not enforce the lease agreement. NO MOTORCYCLES - I counted five (5)just yesterday.

No Assigned Parking, so visitors take up parking from the tenants or take up two parking spaces. Some tenants have 5 or 6 cars per apartment. Real fun climbing to the third floor with groceries.

Lots of noisy tenants, but manager doesn't live there and says you have to prove it after the fact.

Management shows a lot of favoritism to certain people.

Parking areas are dark and have had car breakins.

Rent is very high no conveniences. Laundry facilities are expensive.
