I stayed at Country Brook for 1 month shy of 5 years. The dishwasher never worked, and I had someone above me with an oxygen tank that vibrated my ceiling and made a lot of noise. When I complained about it they told me it was a touchy subject, but they would ask that they take the tank off the ground. that lasted about a week. When I moved out, there were a few stains on the carpets, not many in the living room or bedroom except a few sun spots. one room did have many stains, so I expected to pay for it. They charged me to replace all of the carpets and it was a total of $1271.00, so I am still making payments to cover the remaining $460.00 over my security deposit. Everyone I speak to that has lived there has never gotten back their security deposit. The management was rude when we spoke to her about the sun spots and stated that didn't happen. Everyone I spoke to had sunspots due to the cheap carpet. Trust me, don't go there you will never get back your security deposit!
