Franklin Heights? condos have rentals that I have lived in for the last three years. There are plenty of amenities, such as pools, tennis courts, basketball hoops, and walking trails. The units are clustered in sets of 7 or 6, which makes the apartments virtually silent. There are patios looking into the woods, and each unit is a town house, so there is nobody on top of your unit. It feels like I am renting a house. I love it.
