these apts. are very nice there are in secured buildings. The manger lives on site. They are much bigger then most. Close to the highway. Utilities are low (i live on the 3rd floor, my friend on 1st) most have new fridges and dishwashers (they are replacing them now) apt have trash compactors, garbage disposals, own waterheater, gas stoves, central air/heat(from celing),my husband and i have a 2 bedroom we took small room. we have our bed, a table for the computer, a desk for the tv/vcr, night stand, dresser, wide bookcase, and i still have room to do my yoga. remember that's the small room with two adults!!! My 2 year old has a her stuff a chair and a bench for us parent to sit when we have play dates. the living room is very large we have a couch, loveseat, tommyboy chair, 2 bookcases and a careo cabinet. The kitchen has almost too many cabinets, and it is seperated from the living room by a bar(so you can cook while your little ones play in living room and you can see them) the area for the table works best with a small to medium (not round table) great for 3 chairs w/ table against wall (i have my daughters highchair pulled up to the table so she can reach the table. When you come to look at the apt. you look at the one you are getting and the manger (Dan Nutt) is very nice. only problem with seeing your apt is you'll see it empty and it actully looks smaller. we only pay 725 a month (for the size it's the best price out there). the grounds are nice with areas for kids to play (building 1 has the best area) some dead grass but no glass clean pavement they just swept the parking lot. and snow is removed ok.
