I have lived here for over a year, and was allowed to bring my cat. A pet fee is charged monthly, but worth it.I have been visiting for over 6 years,and Sue is a new and good,fair manager. I have a 1 bedroom, and it is much larger than I had expected, my kitchen is huge! I have plenty of cabinets, even for all my many crafts.The balcony is awesome in the spring and summer.The place is modern, I love having a dishwasher, trash compacter, and garbage disposal.The Spaulding turnpike is very close by, good for commuting to work. You do hear the highway a bit with the windows open though, but not too bad.The only complaint I have is the plowing, but they seem better lately. The grounds are nicely kept, and the rent is about the same as nearby places, except here is nicer, I think.You need a key to get in or must be buzzed in. Makes me feel safer at night knowing people can't just wander in(like at my old apt. at WestGate Village in Dover, which I would NOT ever recommend!!!Their yucky!) I am very glad I moved here, no issues with anyone.
