Nothing good to be said about this DUMP! The owners are always changing managers and maintenance people. SLUM LORDS! The city of Rochester is constantly after the owners for back taxes! Nearly DECADES worth of back taxes. Maintenance is a joke at best! Plan on getting your Security Deposit back' MAKE OTHER PLANS! The police are here practically every other day. Fights, loud music, robberies, cars broken into, domestic violence is all run of the mill here.

Druggies hang out in the basement of building 3, which is the only "secure" building. The grounds look like hell, the sidewalks are a lawsuit waiting to happen in the winter months. Kids run up and down the halls and stairways (unsupervised) at all hours of the day and night! And in the time that I have been here there have been no less than 6 registered sex offenders living here.

The fire department is CONSTANTLY here for all kinds of "faulty smoke detector" issues, clearing the building out at all hours of the night in the worst possible weather conditions. (All this can be verified simply by going to the Fosters daily democrat newpaper website and looking at the poilce and fire logs, you should take some time and check them out for yourself so you can see that I am not just some crack pot.)

Any place is better than this bug ridden, dilapidated, over priced, ghetto, crack shack! Be forewarned! YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!

i agree with everything you say...but how do you know they owe back taxes

as to back taxes owed, just check w/ city taxe collector. in short its best theses days to not just go by the rent price. for its better to check it out 100%, and that is even if u happen to be coming from another state too! trust me on that!
