The townhouses are great and there are many perks about living here. However there are also a few down falls to living here.
Perks: Friendly neighbors
Allows pets
Free plowing, shoveling, sanding
Good sized places at decent prices
Downfalls: Not enough parking
Loud teenagers with cars @ night
Gas heating system not to good
Maintenence personell are rude
